I excel in working with and managing collaborative, cross-functional teams and actively advocate for diverse perspectives and underrepresented voices. I believe that the best work comes from inclusive and empathetic environments. I pride myself on being a supportive colleague and enjoy empowering the next generation of creatives.

My volunteering with vulnerable families and recent work with the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals have fed my passion for sustainability and my approach to projects, from the initial brief to their final impact. I believe that an ethical, culturally appropriate, considered approach leads to better outcomes for my clients, colleagues, wider society, and the environment.
